Horns are now attached to Pan's head, skin and hair in the back have been placed on, covering the electronics. If the hair is to rip or be pulled off by strength, then the machine will not be shown.
Pan has been quite the journey creating him, he has been worked on since last year around October. I created two versions of him, and this is the new one. This is the best work I've done, the other however wasn't this good. Even though Pan is not finished, (such as painting, sculpting, ect...) I am glad that it came upon you as a 'not real', I'm glad that this struck you. But, Pan is as real as his costume can ever be.
